Can I return a product I don't like?
Yes. When you receive your order there will be instructions in the package about how to return the items.
How long does it take to receive my order?
It depends on the item that you order and where you are. Generally, you'd receive your order in 7 - 10 business days.
Will I receive a tracking order?
Absolutely! Once you place an order, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You won't receive it until your item ships though. So, be sure to wait a few days before looking for it. You'll also receive an order confirmation once you initially place an order. Your tracking number will come from that same email address.
How long does it take for my merch store to be set up?
It takes about 1 - 2 weeks for us to set up your store. However it depends on the number of items you request. Also, if you request edits to any piece it take take a bit longer. But once it's set up, you'll save a lot of time from the simple ordering process! Learn more about how you save here.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. However, if you cancel after your items are produced you'll likely need to return after receiving them. If you cancel before your items are produced you'll just receive a refund to the credit card that was used for purchase.
